We are pleased to announce the latest shipment update: an old customer from Montenegro, based on their high recognition of the quality of our industrial heaters, has placed an additional order for 20 sets of 240V 2KW titanium alloy explosion-proof heating tubes. This batch of products is designed specifically for harsh industrial environments, with each set equipped with 1500mm high-temperature resistant PVC wires and PVC waterproof sheaths, and built-in independent overheating protection devices to effectively prevent the risk of dry burning and temperature control failure, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment under humid and corrosive conditions.
At present, the batch of orders has completed all production processes and successfully passed multiple factory inspections, including voltage insulation, power deviation, waterproof sealing, and overheating protection threshold. All indicators meet the EU CE standards. The goods have been packaged, labeled, and reinforced for shock resistance. They will be shipped to the customer's designated installation site through an international logistics line and are expected to be delivered and put into use in mid month.
