We are pleased to announce that a batch of customized L-type PTFE heaters have recently completed all production, testing, and packaging processes and have been officially shipped to the Republic of North Macedonia. This order consists of 6 sets, tailored specifically for the heating needs of our customers' galvanized water storage tanks, marking a new level of our non-standard heating solution capabilities in complex working conditions.
In depth working conditions, customized design
After receiving the customer's request, our technical team immediately communicated with the customer about key parameters such as the internal structure of the tank, the range of liquid level fluctuations, the corrosiveness of the medium, and the target temperature control accuracy. Considering the sensitivity of the galvanized layer to local high temperatures and the limited space inside the tank, we have abandoned the traditional straight heating tube scheme and innovatively adopted an L-shaped imitation structure - which not only conforms to the curved surface and side walls of the tank bottom, maximizes the heat transfer area, but also effectively avoids internal components such as stirring blades and level gauges, ensuring stable installation and uniform thermal field.
Intelligent temperature control, multiple protections
To completely eliminate the risk of local overheating, each set of heaters is independently configured:
Double armored thermocouples (one in use and one backup), real-time monitoring of the temperature of the heating zone and the liquid inside the tank;
Special temperature control box, equipped with PID self-tuning algorithm, temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃;
Liquid level controller, realizing low liquid level automatic power-off protection to prevent dry burning and damage to the heater and tank body.
The linkage of the three forms a fully closed-loop control system of "sensing regulation safety interlock", allowing customers to operate with peace of mind.
Rigorous testing, secure protection
Before leaving the factory, each heater undergoes a 48 hour immersion withstand voltage test (simulating actual liquid level depth) and insulation resistance and withstand voltage strength test (cold/hot dual state) to ensure electrical performance meets IEC standards, and leakage current, grounding resistance, and other indicators are better than the factory's internal control requirements. The test report is delivered together with the product, providing complete data support for customer on-site acceptance.
Craftsmanship in packaging, providing cross-border protection
Considering long-distance sea transportation and multiple transfers, we use customized fumigation wooden boxes with elastic cushioning materials to fix the heater body inside. We also arrange the temperature control box, thermocouple, liquid level controller, and installation accessories in a grid, and attach installation instructions and wiring diagrams in both Chinese and English. Stick moisture-proof and anti tipping labels on the outside of the wooden box to ensure that the products arrive at the customer's factory in good condition.
