Heating Element Core (Internal)
Metal Tube/Sheath: The inner core is typically made of stainless steel (SUS316L or SUS304).
Heating Coil: Inside the metal tube, a heating alloy—often Nichrome (80% Nickel, 20% Chromium)—is used to convert electrical energy into heat.

PTFE/Teflon External Sheath
Fluoropolymer Coating: The entire heating core is covered in a thick PTFE, PFA, or FEP tube, which makes it resistant to almost all acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals.
Terminal Enclosure (Head)
Vapor-Tight Enclosure: A non-corrosive, flame-retardant polypropylene head protects the electrical connections from acidic fumes.
