Components of U-shaped Titanium Heaters

Titanium Sheath (Tube): The outer shell, usually crafted from titanium, provides exceptional corrosion resistance against acids and chemicals. It is bent into a "U" shape to increase the surface area for efficient heat transfer.

 

Heating Element (Resistance Wire): A helical coil, often made of nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloy, is placed inside the titanium tube to generate heat through the Joule effect.
