# Fermentation Heating Tube Anti-Corrosion Knowledge Training, Technical Assessment & Skill Inheritance Management Specification ## Preface This specification (Doc.171) is a human resource-oriented supporting management document of the entire anti-corrosion system covering Doc.15 to Doc.170. It standardizes the whole process of training demand identification, curriculum system construction, hierarchical regular training, theoretical and practical assessment, skill mentoring and technical experience inheritance for all personnel engaged in anti-corrosion related posts including operators, maintenance technicians, inspectors and management staff. Imperfect training, inadequate professional skills and insufficient risk awareness are important root causes of non-standard operation leading to pipeline passive film damage, under-deposit corrosion and accidental equipment leakage. This specification builds a standardized talent training and competency certification system, ensures all practitioners master anti-corrosion principles, operating norms and emergency disposal skills, realizes sustainable technical experience inheritance, and provides human resource guarantee for the long-term effective implementation of the full-set anti-corrosion management specifications. ## 1. Training Demand Investigation and Hierarchical Training Object Division Before formulating the annual anti-corrosion training plan, the equipment department collects training demands from production, quality, safety and maintenance departments by combining historical violation records, audit non-conformities, frequent near-miss risks and new employee induction needs. All personnel are divided into three training levels: frontline operation post, maintenance technical post and management supervision post. Frontline operators focus on standardized daily patrol, CIP cleaning operation, common corrosion risk identification and basic on-site protection requirements; maintenance technicians take welding anti-corrosion treatment, passivation construction, thickness detection, fault root cause analysis and equipment repair protection as core training content; management personnel focus on system clause interpretation, cross-department coordination, audit rectification, risk assessment and continuous improvement management knowledge. New employees must complete full induction anti-corrosion training before taking up posts. ## 2. Systematic Curriculum Development and Diversified Training Implementation Modes The anti-corrosion training curriculum includes theoretical knowledge, on-site practical operation, typical case warning and special scenario emergency drills. Theoretical courses cover corrosion mechanism, material anti-corrosion characteristics, circulating water quality control, passivation principle, seasonal corrosion prevention and system specification clauses; practical training involves reagent configuration, cleaning parameter setting, pre-installation spare parts inspection, coating protection construction and wall thickness measurement standard operation. Diversified training modes are adopted including centralized classroom teaching, on-site demonstration teaching, online video learning, case sharing meetings and special technical seminars. Before entering high-risk seasons, high-chloride working conditions and hazardous explosion-proof areas, targeted special anti-corrosion training shall be organized to supplement scenario-based prevention knowledge. ## 3. Standardized Theoretical & Practical Dual Assessment and Post Qualification Access All training participants must pass both written theoretical examination and on-site practical skill assessment to obtain anti-corrosion post competency qualification certificates. The theoretical assessment mainly inspects the mastery of specification provisions, corrosion risk judgment, parameter control range and record filling standards; the practical assessment examines the standardization of actual operation, risk pre-judgment ability and on-site protective measure deployment. Personnel failing the initial assessment shall participate in remedial training and re-assessment; those who still fail shall be suspended from relevant anti-corrosion operation posts until qualified. Special high-risk operations such as pipeline welding, passivation construction and third-party witness sampling implement additional professional qualification assessment, and uncertified personnel are strictly prohibited from independent operation. Assessment results are archived into personal training files as the core basis for job adjustment, performance reward and skill promotion. ## 4. Master-Apprentice Skill Inheritance Mechanism and Technical Experience Summary The enterprise establishes a formal master-apprentice training system for anti-corrosion technical positions. Experienced senior technicians are appointed as instructors to guide new maintenance and operation employees through one-on-one on-site teaching, fault disposal accompaniment and standard operation correction within the agreed apprenticeship cycle. All typical corrosion failure cases, optimized process schemes, on-site lean improvement experience and special working condition protection technologies are sorted into the enterprise anti-corrosion knowledge base, compiled into training handbooks and case teaching materials. Regular technical exchange meetings are held to encourage excellent employees to share practical anti-corrosion experience, realize the precipitation and internal popularization of grassroots practical technology, and avoid the loss of on-site accumulated experience caused by personnel turnover. ## 5. Regular Retraining, Knowledge Updating and Training Effect Evaluation Anti-corrosion retraining and reassessment shall be carried out at least once every year for all certified post personnel. When the anti-corrosion system documents are revised, new anti-corrosion technologies, new materials or new monitoring equipment are introduced, mandatory special updating training shall be arranged to ensure consistent understanding of latest standards among all practitioners. After each training activity, a comprehensive effect evaluation is conducted from four dimensions: trainee satisfaction, assessment pass rate, post violation frequency change and hidden danger rectification efficiency. For training items with poor actual effect, the curriculum content, teaching mode and assessment standard shall be optimized in a targeted manner to continuously improve the pertinence and practicality of anti-corrosion training work. ## 6. System Value This specification builds a closed-loop talent training, assessment and technical inheritance mechanism for anti-corrosion management, fundamentally reduces equipment corrosion risks caused by insufficient professional ability and non-standard operation of employees, realizes the sustainable inheritance of on-site anti-corrosion practical experience, ensures stable and consistent execution of the whole set of anti-corrosion management specifications in long-term production and operation, and further improves the human-oriented, replicable and sustainable full-lifecycle anti-corrosion governance system of fermeninfo-717-483tation heating tubes.
