Our Customization 350W CE Acid Resistance PTFE Immersion Heaters Element gives you stable, long-lasting heat for corrosive liquids including acid solutions, chemical tanks, and electroplating baths. These heaters are made with high-quality stainless steel cores that are completely covered in a high-quality PTFE (Teflon) coating. They work well in very harsh chemical environments and have a low surface load to make them last as long as possible.
The flexible PTFE material has the same great non-stick and chemical-resistant properties as teflon ptfe heat shrink tubing, heat shrink teflon tubing, and heat shrinkable teflon tubing. This implies that for immersion heating, you don't need extra sealing tools like pipe dope or teflon tape on the connections of the water heater.
