Successful Delivery Update | Customized Industrial Heating Solution for New Zealand Customer
We are pleased to share a new project update from our New Zealand customer. The customer recently placed an order for a batch of 380V 3-phase 4.5KW SS316L L-shaped electric heating tubes, customized specifically for their industrial heating application.
After completing the production process, our quality control team has finished the resistance testing and electrical performance inspection to ensure that every heating element meets the required specifications and reliability standards. The heaters are now ready for the next stage - installation of the junction boxes and wiring assembly - before final packaging and shipment.
These SS316L L-shaped tubular heaters will be installed in industrial cleaning tanks/sinks, providing stable and efficient heating performance for cleaning processes that require corrosion resistance and long service life. The use of SS316L stainless steel makes them particularly suitable for demanding environments where durability and chemical resistance are important.
