A Mauritian customer recently placed an order for a batch of PTFE heaters designed for heating phosphoric acid solutions. These customized anti-corrosion heaters are developed to provide reliable and stable heating performance in highly corrosive chemical environments, helping customers improve process efficiency and equipment durability.
At present, our production team has successfully completed the heating element winding process, insulation testing, and quality inspections for the bottom electric heating tubes. The heaters are now entering the final assembly stage, including junction box connection and outlet installation, to ensure that every detail meets the customer's application requirements.
After completing the final inspection and packaging, the heaters will be shipped to Mauritius for installation and operation. We sincerely appreciate our customer's trust and support in choosing our anti-corrosion heating solutions.
