We are pleased to share with you a recently completed customized project: a German customer ordered 3 anti-corrosion spiral PTFE heaters from us for heating hypochlorous acid solution. Hypochloric acid has strong oxidizing and corrosive properties, which place extremely high demands on the material and structure of heating equipment.
In order to perfectly adapt to the installation conditions of the customer's existing sink, we have made two key customizations:
🔧 Transfer the position of the junction box to adapt to the on-site wiring layout;
📏 Extend the length of the cold zone (non heating section) to ensure a safer and more reasonable match between the heating zone and the liquid level in the water tank.
At present, all three heaters have been customized and produced according to customer requirements, and have passed the anti-corrosion and electrical performance tests before leaving the factory. The goods are ready and will be sent to Germany for actual use.
