9 PTFE anti-corrosion heaters customized by British customers have been successfully delivered and will soon be put into use for sulfuric acid solution heating in electroplating tanks
Recently, our company has completed the production and quality inspection of 9 customized 230V, 2-phase, 1200W PTFE heaters for a British customer. They are now ready to be delivered to the customer for installation and use.
This batch of corrosion-resistant heaters will be evenly distributed among the customer's 3 plating tanks, each of which requires heating 200 liters of sulfuric acid solution. The excellent chemical corrosion resistance of PTFE material enables it to work stably in strong acid environments for a long time, ensuring the temperature control accuracy and safety of the electroplating process.
