# Fermentation Heating Tube Anti-Corrosion Spare Parts Centralized Management & Inventory Risk Prevention Specification ## Preface This specification (Doc.134) serves as a supplementary document to the existing anti-corrosion management system ranging from Doc.33 to Doc.133. It standardizes the whole-process management covering anti-corrosion spare parts classification, warehousing acceptance, classified storage, safety stock setting, regular inventory check, outbound traceability, expired material disposal and emergency spare parts deployment. It aims to avoid two typical risks: equipment corrosion shutdown caused by spare parts shortage and accelerated pipeline corrosion triggered by the misuse of unqualified, mismatched or aging accessories, so as to build a stable supply guarantee system for daily maintenance, equipment overhaul and emergency accident disposal. ## 1. Spare Parts Classification and Incoming Inspection Rules All spare parts are divided into three categories according to risk level. Key spare parts include various heating tubes, titanium and stainless steel pipe fittings, online monitoring probes and high-temperature resistant sealing gaskets, which must be attached with material certification reports and pass spectrum inspection before warehousing. Conventional consumables contain filter elements, cleaning pipelines and ordinary sealing rings, requiring batch inspection to verify shelf life and anti-corrosion compatibility. Emergency spare parts are reserved for sudden leakage and equipment rupture accidents, which implement independent sampling standards in line with supplier access requirements specified in Doc.124. Any material inconsistent with technical parameters or lacking qualification documents shall be rejected and returned to suppliers. ## 2. Classified Storage and Environmental Protection Management The warehouse is divided into multiple functional storage zones according to material characteristics. Metal pipe fittings and heating tubes are placed in dry, dust-proof areas to prevent surface oxidation and damp rusting. Rubber gaskets, plastic lining accessories and reagent packaging materials are kept away from high temperature, direct sunlight and corrosive volatile gas to avoid aging and material performance degradation. Each batch of spare parts is labeled with material grade, production date, shelf life, applicable pipeline model and matching medium type. Materials of different metal substrates are placed separately with insulating isolation measures to prevent accidental mixing leading to galvanic corrosion in later replacement. ## 3. Dynamic Safety Stock and Inventory Regular Verification Combined with historical monthly consumption data, equipment failure frequency and seasonal maintenance arrangements, the equipment department sets minimum and maximum safety stock thresholds for each type of spare parts. When inventory drops below the warning line, the procurement department initiates replenishment procedures timely, and at least one alternative supplier is reserved for core spare parts. A full inventory check is conducted monthly, with random spot checks implemented every two weeks. Staff need to sort out aging, deformed or overdue spare parts, mark them clearly and isolate them from qualified inventories to prevent accidental outbound use. All inventory deviation records are analyzed to summarize abnormal consumption causes such as non-standard maintenance and frequent equipment corrosion failure. ## 4. Outbound Approval, Traceability and After-Replacement Tracking The requisition of anti-corrosion spare parts must record equipment serial number, replacement reason, shift information and operator details on the digital management platform. Before outbound, warehouse staff shall confirm material model and anti-corrosion grade consistency with the maintenance work order. After spare parts replacement, maintenance personnel need to upload installation acceptance records and equipment operating monitoring data within 24 hours. If premature corrosion damage occurs to newly replaced accessories, the batch information shall be traced to lock quality responsibility, which will be included in supplier quarterly performance evaluation. ## 5. Overdue and Defective Spare Parts Standard Disposal Expired, deformed, unqualified spare parts are prohibited from being reused on production pipelines. After joint confirmation by equipment and quality departments, these materials are sorted into industrial solid waste and disposed in accordance with environmental compliance requirements in Doc.126. Disposal records including batch quantity, disposal mode and photos shall be archived permanently. Warehouse management summarizes the regular consumption law of spare parts every quarter, optimizes safety stock value and procurement cycle, and incorporates typical cases of spare parts misuse leading to equipment corrosion into the enterprise anti-corrosion knowledge base for warning training. ## 6. System Value This specification fills the management blank of anti-corrosion spare parts lifecycle control, avoids production interruption and equipment hidden dangers caused by irregular inventory management, builds a stable rear guarantee for the whole anti-corrosion system, and further improves the lean and compliant closed-loop management system of fermentation heating tubes.
