# Fermentation Heating Tube Anti-Corrosion On-Site Safety & Hazard Isolation Specification ## Preface This specification coordinates the full anti-corrosion document system from Doc.33 to Doc.111. It unifies on-site hazard zoning, isolation protection, chemical operation safety, high-risk maintenance control and accident prevention standards for all heating tube anti-corrosion related work. It eliminates composite risks combining equipment corrosion hazard, chemical reagent danger and mechanical injury, and builds a safety barrier for all on-site anti-corrosion operation links. The production area is divided into three fixed hazard zones with distinct management rules. The medium circulation operation zone covers fermentation tanks and heating tube circulation loops; operators must wear anti-corrosion gloves and protective goggles during sampling and pipeline inspection, and any leakage of corrosive liquid shall be blocked and cleaned immediately to avoid splashing corrosion on equipment and personnel. The pickling and passivation operation zone stores concentrated acid, alkaline cleaning agents and corrosion testing reagents, equipped with emergency neutralization flushing devices, leakage collecting trays and exhaust ventilation systems; open transfer of undiluted high-concentration chemicals is forbidden without isolation shielding. The equipment maintenance isolation zone is used for heating tube disassembly, wall thickness testing and pipeline reconstruction. After chemical operation, residual reagent residues on heating tube surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with pure water. Emergency safety response measures are matched to corrosion leakage and chemical splashing incidents. On-site fixed emergency kits contain neutralizer, absorbent cotton, protective clothing and flushing water supply. In case of corrosive liquid splashing on skin or equipment, operators first cut off the medium source and start flushing facilities, then carry out hazard cleaning and equipment isolation. Any safety incident related to anti-corrosion work shall be recorded in dedicated safety ledgers, and joint analysis of corrosion and safety risks shall be conducted within 24 hours. All hazard zone layout drawings, isolation operation tickets, chemical usage safety records, safety inspection logs and emergency disposal archives are dual-backed and filed. Monthly joint inspections by equipment and safety departments check the implementation of isolation and protection standards, and rectify incomplete isolation or missing protective facilities within a time limit.
