# Anti-Corrosion On-Site Training & Practical Drill Implementation Specification for Fermentation Heating Tube System ## Preface This document matches the complete anti-corrosion document system from Doc.33 to Doc.103. It standardizes the whole workflow of anti-corrosion theoretical training, on-site practical teaching, graded emergency drills, assessment verification and post-training effect tracking. It solves the problems of formalized training, disconnected theory and practice, unfamiliar emergency operation and inconsistent mastery of standards among employees, and provides standardized talent cultivation support for the sustained operation of the full heating tube anti-corrosion management system. Training content is divided into three progressive tiers for different posts. Basic tier training targets frontline operators, covering corrosion hazard identification, red-line forbidden operations, standardized CIP and fermentation control, daily patrol recording and simple abnormal preliminary disposal. Intermediate tier training is designed for maintenance technicians, including material differentiation protection standards, regular pickling and passivation operations, quantitative corrosion testing, pipeline anti-corrosion transformation and heating tube disassembly replacement techniques. Advanced tier training serves workshop and equipment supervisors, involving system architecture interpretation, cost-benefit analysis, audit rectification management, cross-workshop benchmarking organization and document revision application procedures. Two training forms are stipulated: regular theoretical classroom teaching and on-site practical teaching. Monthly centralized theoretical training sorts out typical corrosion failure cases and interprets updated system clauses. On-site practical teaching is carried out beside fermentation loops and heating tube assemblies; instructors demonstrate standard operation sequences and wrong operation hazards in real production environments, so learners can directly observe the corrosion consequences caused by irregular parameter control or maintenance omission. All training must combine the actual conditions of the workshop's four types of heating tubes to avoid generic and irrelevant teaching content. Graded emergency drills are scheduled regularly in fixed cycles. Blue-level minor hidden danger drills are held monthly, focusing on daily abnormal adjustment and minor rectification. Yellow-level general corrosion abnormality drills are organized quarterly, covering parameter over-limit control and filter blockage disposal. Red-level major emergency drills are conducted semi-annually, simulating heating tube leakage, medium cross-contamination and pipeline corrosion rupture, requiring operators to complete loop isolation, medium drainage and shutdown protection within the specified time. Drill processes are recorded completely with photos and video for later review and analysis. Strict post-training assessment is mandatory for all participants, combining written theoretical examination and on-site practical operation evaluation. Only those who pass both assessments can retain valid post competency certificates. Staff failing the assessment must participate in remedial training and re-evaluation; they are suspended from independent anti-corrosion related work before passing. Within one month after each training or drill, supervisors track actual on-site operation behaviors of trainees, count the reduction rate of irregular operations and hidden danger occurrence frequency, and judge whether the training achieves expected effects. All training schedules, teaching courseware, drill records, assessment papers and follow-up effect analysis reports are dual-backed electronically and on paper for permanent archiving. Training completion and assessment results are incorporated into monthly post performance appraisal indicators. This specification forms a full-cycle training closed loop of planning, teaching, practice, assessment and tracking, ensures all staff fully grasp anti-corrosion professional skills matching their posts, and consolidates the human guarantee foundation for the whole heating tube anti-corrosion system.
