Testing of Products

Every PTFE Immersion Coil Heat Exchanger is put through a lot of tests:

Pressure and Leak Test: Each coil is put through a closed-loop system with saturated steam at 0.3 MPa for an hour, and then it is put through a hydrostatic test at a higher pressure.


Material Verification: Checking batches of raw PTFE/PFA materials to make sure they meet corrosion resistance standards.

Welding Strength Test: Testing a few tube-to-tubeplate welds to make sure the connection is stronger than 50N.

Performance Verification: The last check for flow dispersion and a visual assessment.
